Freight is calculated based on your delivery location and quoted before the unit ships. We ship to the lower 48 states only.

Before it ships

Every unit is fully tested before shipment. We confirm proper operation of the engine, the pump, the burner, the heating system and all operational components. No unit leaves our facility untested.

On arrival

Inspect the crate before signing for it. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us the same day so the freight claim can be filed.
