The Magnum 4000 Series is a commercial hot water pressure washer: 4000 PSI adjustable at 3.5–4.0 GPM, driven by a 15 HP Lifan gas engine with electric start, direct drive to an EK440 or Comet pump. Its 350,000 BTU oil/diesel-fired burner takes water from ambient to an adjustable 220°F through a Schedule 80 coil in a stainless steel housing. Built in Canada on a fully welded, powder-coated frame, with a 10-gallon poly diesel tank — and run-tested before it ships.

Tested before it ships
Nothing leaves untested
Every unit is run before it is crated. Engine, pump, burner, heating system and all operational components are confirmed working — no unit leaves the facility untested. In the crate: 25 feet of 3/8-inch high pressure hose rated to 212°F, a trigger gun and wand, two ignition keys, two nozzles (black and yellow), a downstream chemical injection hose, and the owner's manuals. A battery tray is fitted as standard; the battery itself is not included. The pump ships as either an EK440 or a Comet depending on availability at the time of build, direct-driven off the 15 HP Lifan engine. Heat comes from a 350,000 BTU oil/diesel-fired burner running through a Schedule 80 coil in a stainless steel housing, with water temperature adjustable across the full range up to 220°F. These units are sold without manufacturer warranty, strictly because of the discounted pricing. If an initial issue occurs we assist with technical support and repair guidance, and we work with customers to resolve legitimate issues.
